Step 1 navigate to http://166.78.231.170:8040/ and click on the session named "Thunderbird"

Step 2 Download and save the tool

Step 3 When downloaded, press Ctrl + J to open the downloads window of Firefox and double click on Elsinore Screen connect tool.

Open Thunderbird > Click tools > Account Settings. > Click on the email account for which you want to change the name and edit the Your Name field > Click ok.

See if that fix the issue.
