Hello and thank you for your question today. My name is Jason. I look forward to helping you today.

Who is your e-mail provider (Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc)?
-- When you type the full address on this site, it is blocked.
-- What comes after the @ sign?

Which program do you use to access your email (Outlook, Mac Mail, Entourage, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc)?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

email provider is Yahoo

Thank you for the update.

Are you using a free Yahoo account or do you have a paid subscription with Yahoo?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

it is free

Thank you kindly for the update.

Yahoo is the one email service that actually requires you to pay, if you wish to use a 3rd party email client, such as Outlook.

You can only setup paid Yahoo email accounts in email clients.

If you wish, you can upgrade your Yahoo account to Yahoo Plus at the following site:

Yahoo is one of the few email services that charge for this type of thing. Another option is creating a new email account at Gmail does offer free 3rd party email client support.

If you have any questions, I am available to continue.

Thank you,
- Jason

Thank you for the update JoAnn.

Now I am confused :)

What comes after the @ sign in your email address?

If it is then you will need to upgrade to the Yahoo Plus! service before before being able to use it in Outlook.

Hello again,

I see that you have left me a poor rating, instead of continuing to communicate with me.

Was that a mistake?

Please, let me know how else, I can be of assistance.

Thank you,

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Did you choose to restore to a previous date?

I don't know what you are referring to when you say cancelling.

Eventhough, you have paid the site, I am only paid from this site when you rate me well.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
