can't get incoming email. Bills all paid. Have disconnected router and computer. Nothing world. Message keeps appearing asking for my verizon password. I have had the same password XXXXX years but seems not to work. I do have access to the internet. And can get incoming mail by going to verizon 2.0 on line.
