Trying to sign on to Icloud on PC. Using Microsoft Outlook

Resolved Question:

Trying to sign on to Icloud on PC. Using Microsoft Outlook 2010. Icloud gives message:

Multiple Outlook Versions Installed

You can't use iCloud when multiple versions of Outlook are installed. To use iCloud with Outlook, uninstall one version.

I've been using iCloud without any problems before now. I have not installed or do I see two versions of Outlook on my computer.

What do I do?

I was doing some research while you were away and I saw that people are having this issue when they try to install a trial of Outlook 2013

Windows Live mail is on computer but I am not using it. I have not installed Outlook 2013.

We're going to uninstall the current iCloud application, and reinstall an older version and see if the problem is still there
