That did not work. I am actually using window 7. I accidentally deleted my account when deleting outlook from my computer.

Expert:  Cory replied 4 years ago.
If you only deleted your account from Outlook, then you should be able to still login to your Hotmail account online.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No I've ever tried it on other computers.

Pam,

I am going to opt out and let another expert look at it.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

ok. I looked at some online forums and other people have had this same problem.

Expert:  Chris L. replied 4 years ago.
Hello and thank you for using Just Answer. My name is Chris and I will be happy to assist you.

I don't think you deleted your hotmail account. I think what you did is rename it to an outlook.com account.

This has been happening to many people lately since they released outlook.com what happens is peopel accidently rename their account to an outlook.com account which then requires you to log in with the outlook address. The hotmail account still exists but can olnly be accessed by logging in with the outlook account.

Have you tried going to outlook.com and logging in? Perhaps your address is the same but now has outlook.com on the end instead of hotmail?

Please try and let me know.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No it said that microsoft account does not exist.

Expert:  Chris L. replied 4 years ago.
Ok do you recall seeing anything about outlook.com before you started having this problem OR did your account just vanish out of nowhere?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I thinkI had a warning screen about deleting my email account when i deleted outloook but I thought I was just removing it from outlook.
