I cannot open AOL 9.7 and also cannot uninstall it. I have several versions of AOL on my computer because every time a new version cam out, the install file just added a new version without replacing the old ones. However, this never caused problems until recently. Clicking on the icon that is supposed to activate the .exe file does nothing. Going to Control and trying to use the AOL Uninstall does not work either, had it running for hours but it says it has to search for existing versions of AOL and it never completes this.

Already Tried:
Tried uninstalling AOL desktop software, did not work. Called Tech Support on phone and representative in Romania had no other suggestions, also the call got disconnected.
