Hi,Via our gmail account we send and receive email XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX. We actually have several business email accounts going through this one gmail. Occasionally people see our gmail address. We want to hide it 100% of the time. I assume this happens when people open our email via outlook. But it may be in other instances as well.I am looking for someone who can help us hide the gmail address permanently.
Already Tried: praying

Hi,
Expert's only get half, but we can give it a shot...
i did all that. still has problems from time to time. Even though I set the default as my business account, customerse & suppliers sometimes see the original gmail address name. but i believe they don't see it in the 'from' field but perhaps in the text of the email. Maybe in both - I am not sure. The main thing is they should never see it. can you help hide this permanently, ie. 100%? does just answer allow us to chat?
Only at the beginning. It still does it after all this?https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?shva=1#settings/accountsAnd under Send mail as, go to
yes.
Ok, I'll opt out, hopefully another expert will pick this...
thanks anyhow
Hi,My name is XXXXX XXXXX i'm an email expert. The Gmail address will be visible in the following locations - Signature (set up in Gmail or in Outlook) - and the 'reply to' address. These can both be changed to remove the email address. On each copy of outlook - i.e. on all computers - head to Tools; (or 'File' on outlook 2010)Account settingsDouble click an affected account. (--You will need to repeat this for each affected account on each PC)make sure the 'Email address' is not Gmail. Then Click 'More Settings' Under 'General' Tab, set the reply email to the non-gmail one.Confirm these settings. The signature you can change yourself. Reply if you need me to talk you through that. Send yourself emails from each computer, and each account to ensure that no GMail addresses show up. Hope this helps. reply for more information or if you still see Gmail. Kind regards, Phil.
