Hello and welcome to JustAnswer. I look forward to assisting you today with your question and providing the best answer possible.

Are you using Internet Explorer?

Also, do you have XP, Vista or 7?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

Josh,

Hi.

My system is Win XP Pro, Explorer 8. I misspoke earlier. I did try deleting cookies and internet history. Didn't accomplish anything; don't want to go thru that again.

I realy need help from someone who's knowledgeable about Homail. I 'm emphasising this, because your profile indicates that you're an Outlook expert.
