My contact list shows up on my Hotmail account when Im logged

My contact list shows up on my Hotmail account when I'm logged in to my MSN account, but not on Windows Live Mail when I open it up separately. How do I transfer it over?

Already Tried:
Just Googled it but didn't get an answer to the questio of exporting to Window Live Mail.

Hi,

Was your contact list showing in Windows Live Mail program previously? Please try the following:

When you are in your email website at http://hotmail.com/, then go to your Contacts, then click on the Manage option near the top, then click on Export and save it to a file on your computer.

Then from your Windows Live Mail program, go to your Contacts. Then select the Import option near the top, then select the Common-separated value (.CSV) option, then browse to your downloaded file to import contacts to windows live mail program.
