I cant access my gmail account. I cant remember the user name

I can't access my gmail account. I cant remember the user name or password.

Computer OS: Windows 7
Browser: IE

Already Tried:
I tried reverifying my account and getting codes. I did this for user name and password. The progelm is, I don't remember either. I ended up setting up a new gmail account whihc changed my normal login credentials and gamil account. I need to find my original gmail account and get my mail!

I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. Forgetting the password XX XXXXXXXXX enough but forgetting the user name is XXXX XXXXX.

The only option for a forgotten user name is XXXX XXXX:
https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/forgotusername

However to use this successfully you would have needed to set up a recovery address in that gmail account. If you did not than I am afraid there is no way to recover the user name other than remembering it or sometimes you can recover it from your web browsers auto complete form. If you start to type in the user name box on the gmail log in auto complete may fill in the address you have typed previously.

If you can recover the user name than follow these instructions to reset the forgotten password:

If you do not know the answer to your security questions you need to click the link that says verify your identity.

You need to then provide them enough information to prove that this is your account, so be as thorough as possible.
