My gmail account has been disabled because of an age verification

Resolved Question:

My gmail account has been disabled because of an age verification (I'm in my thirties), but I also can't get this unblocked because my google wallet is linked to the disabled gmail account. I'm so frustrated I want to cry. My business emails go to that account, I can't wait "several weeks" for the mail or fax options.

SO when you go to sign into gmail what happens ?

Customer: It says your account has been disabled
Customer: Then it offers me three ways to reactivate
Customer: One is by email, the other is by fax and the last is by google wallet/checkout
Customer: The google wallet doesn't work because it is linked to my disabled gmail account
Customer: And the other two options take several weeks
Customer: The google help website is undergoing maintenance this week, so it is also not able to help

Customer: How were you going to fix this issue?
Customer: Have you seen this before and were you able to fix it?
