Second opinion] my tablet does not charge, can i get a new battery and where
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: CE0168, about 4 yrs
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: i only have atablet
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it died about a week ago, the battery tried to charge, about half way and then the screen went black. i was told it could not be fixed by best buy and don't know where to send it away to have it fixed
JA: Is there anything else important you think the TV Technician should know?
Customer: can i send it away to have it fixed to retrieve my pictures

Initially, re-confirm and post back with the complete make and model number of the tablet.

"...CEO168..." is not a valid product / model number. CE is the European common standards for manufacturing and 0168 would particularly be for mobile communications devices including this tablet.

Still, the described symptom almost always points to an internal hardware issue or more particvularly, the battery needs replacing.
