My phone no longer lets callers leave a message.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: KX-TGEA20
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Several weeks approximately. I called Panasonic.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That seems to be my only problem.

The recent callers that talked to me said that the phone just rang and rang. There was no prompt to leave a message.
I did not follow through with this order because I did not expect to have a charge after the $5.00. I was not told that was a deposit. I was told by the first person I talked with at Panasonic that if I talked to a technician on email there would be no charge. I do not like to give my credit card info over the phone. I have been hacked once before. If I have only had my phone system for three years, it sure didn't last long.

You evidently didn't pay attention to what I said either. I'm sorry to sound like a crab, but I was on the phone for quite awhile, and I also don't understand the charge of $26.00. I did not place an order. I got so tired of all the back and forth that I just hung up. What happened to Panasonic? Why am I asked to sign up for something I didn't ask for?
