We just recently got exfinity. We have three tv's and they all worked fine. Now the one in the second bedroom is not getting a signal
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is a Visio about 6 months old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It just started yesterday and I tried reconnecting and it says it is connected but there is no signal. The only thing that I can tell is different is that the little blue light on the box does not come on and it does not respond at all to the xfinity remote.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so.
