JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it is 4 weeks old the hr monitor is not registering a pulse or tracking with the graph like new. the heart beat" is displayed buy no numerical numbers
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
