My portable phone has a message in it. I have listened to the message and tried to delete it. It will not delete.What can I do to delete it?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: KX-TGA630S This is all I see
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: for 2 days. I listened to the message and it said, you have no new messages, to end this call, press *. I do that and it shows I have a message.

This is a scam to get more money. I have used this site two other times. I paid the first $5 and this same thing happened, never got and answer. I will be sure to tell all my friends NOT to use this sight. You never get an answer and your out the mooney!

The issue here is that you do have a new message indicator that the panasonic is detecting. What you need to do is dial in to your voicemail service (usually by dialing *99 or *98 or your full 10 digit phone number), listen to the messages, delete, then hang up.
