I have an Acer aspire es 15. I do not think I have ever encountered a poorer performing laptop. It constantly crashes, refuses to work, is incredibly slow and basically does not function. I am so frustrated!!!
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: About 6 months.
