Our phone will not accept a message that "you have reached the Meyer's; please call back." An automated voice simply says: "The mail box is full"
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This problem began one week ago when we changed to Frontier.
