hi, my husband get a 7 voyager II tablet for his birthday 3weeks ago. It has stopped working and I was told it had to be sent back to the company to be fixed/replaced. We donot have the receipt but I do have the box.

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: we had it plugged in the picture of the RCA dog stayed on it then it wentto a picture of a battery and just stayed there It is new. Hejust got it 3 weeks ago

Power if off.

Hold the Volume UP and power buttons until you see a menu

Can you get to this menu?

No menu comes up...power came on,battery wasdisplayed.held the power button butafter a coupleof minutes it just went black
