I would advise you to contact the Panasonic repair shop - if they have any warranty on their repairs, it should be invoked promptly.
But first: try doing a factory settings reset, so that you can be sure you haven't set the monitor to monochrome by some settings combination (I doubt it - it's more likely that the camera is still not in quite good shape even after repairs.)
