Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
Please pardon the automated attendant's incomprehension that you don't have an email problem. I realize what you are saying: your device has a battery and you wish to use that battery with that CPAP device.
But I'm not sure what Medistrom battery you have and wish to use.
Please tell me the full name of the battery, with model number also. And with that data I may be able to answer your question. Thanks.
Thank you for the information.
I am preparing your answer, with that information about the battery you wish to use.
Given that your Medistrom Pilot 24 backup battery is this one:
then it needs two things to work with your CPAP device:
1: a cord from its 'DC OUT' jack of the Medistrom, to the CPAP device
2: a charger to connect to the CHARGE jack on the Medistrom. That provides power to keep the battery charged, so that it will be delivering power during a power outage.
This diagram shows the components hooked up:
Did the Medistrom come with a charger? it should have, I would think.
Or any other cords/cables?
(I ask, in case you need further instruction as to what to use in this hookup.)
If this answers your question, please rate my answer. A five-star rating would be appreciated!
