JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Insignia is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: do you need the full model number??
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: MANY ..Due to my age, I am no longer good at changing settings. Have had difficulty local XFINITY to assist me. Also I am receiving some channels in espanol rather than in english
