I'm sorry about the issue. That is a fake popup screen. Please do not follow any instruction in it, and do not call that number. Please try the following:
1. Shut down / restart the computer. Note: If it does not let you shut down / restart the computer, then press and hold the Power on / off button on the computer for about 10 seconds.
2. Turn on the computer.
3. After the computer is backed on, open the Microsoft Edge program, then try to close all the tabs / windows right away as you see it.
4. Then open the Microsoft Edge program again and check.
