I cannot get to my answering service, I think I might of screwed up the password
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: it is a few years old, number is ***** sorry, pretty small
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just today, I went to retrieve a message and will not let me in, said to call my support
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

If you have forgotten the remote access code for the answering service on your phone, then try entering the remote access code setting to check your current code - see page 38 of the user guide: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg6591_mul_om.pdf

If you have forgotten the password ***** another voicemail provider then the voicemail account will need to be reset.
