Bought an Acer 10.1" 32GB white table on 4/22/16> I am told that it is still under warranty. Took it back to Best Buy when I couldn't get it to charge. They could not get it to charge either. What is my next step?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: About a month. Tried using new charger. Took it to Best Buy. They tried a new charger and told me that it could not be charged.

Just to check, if you hold the volume UP and power buttons for 6 seconds then release, does it then start up and charge?
