Unfortunately no override is possible. This particular brand does not support their products and will not provide replacement keys.

The battery compartment is only accessible from the inside, and can only be opened with the override key.

The only alternative is to have a locksmith drill the safe open - you would be able to gain access to the contents, but the safe would be damaged beyond repair in the process.
