That is an activation issue. It's either in the box, or a mistake on their end. You'll need to call 1-800-Comcast to have them send a signal. If that doesn't do the trick, they will send a tech out to troubleshoot. You can also take your cable box to your nearest Comcast store to have it exchanged.
