I have a sentry safe with an electronic keypad and no key. the keypad is dead and I replaced the batteries and it's still dead

Customer: the keypad can't be removed just since this morning when I tried to open it

If the batteries are new, and you are certain they are in the correct way, then your keypad is dead. You'll need to get in touch with Sentry to see if they can repair it, or send you a new keypad. Call 1(###) ###-####

Right. I didn't hear from you guys so that's what I did, and that's what they told me. But the new keypad is in a warehouse that is being moved so he didn't know how long it would take to get the new keypad -- no clue whatsoever.
So I'm going to have to destroy the safe to get it open.
