I am having trouble syncing the light bridge app with my key mission 360 camera. Any suggestions?
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Well, it's just been released in Australia and I purchased it a week ago
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Well, out of the box the camera flashes indicating it's in pairing mode. Now it doesn't do that anymore. I'm using a Samsung Note 5 with the Keymission 360 action camera
