Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I think that you might have to contact the Seiko Service Center for the US, at

Seiko Corporation of America - Service Center

*****

Mahwah, NJ 07430, U.S.A.

Phone(###) ###-####/p>

Fax(###) ###-####/p>

*****@******.***

and this is the Service Center's form, and information on sending in a Seiko watch. (Note: call them first, I advise. To make sure they service this Britannica device, which is not a watch.)

(If they cannot help you, please let me know where / what state you are located in, and I will seek a non-Seiko shop in your region that might be able to help you.)

If this answers your question, please rate my answer. A five-star rating would be appreciated!
