i have sentry safe buy from cosco . i have two numbers on front door DSW3607 BN 22577. I facing problem to open door ,when put my code it showing unlock but door doesn't open i think door leaver is loose please advise what i should do

Hi, Im sorry to hear that. Are the batteries fresh and new Alkaline ones?

Also try banging on the door with something like a rubber mallet when you enter the last digit to make the safe open, that may work.
