  2. Hold the vívosmart device touchscreen to view the menu.
  3. Select > Pair > OK.

Do you have bluetooth enabled on your phone?

On your phone..

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. Tap Bluetooth, and then tap the ON/OFF switch to turn on Bluetooth.
  3. Make sure that the target device is discoverable, so that your device can find it. ...
  4. Tap Scan.

Now that bluetooth is on, please follow the steps again to pair the device..
