Hi there and welcome
Can you please hold the home and power buttons on the iPhone for about 10 seconds until you see the apple logo then release.
Let the iPhone restart, then try to pair it to the charge and tell me if it now connects and works please.
what message do you get when it fails?
Can you tell me which model Charge you have please?
ok.. thats the fitbit charge.
You mean this is what you have and not the JBL charge?
sorry I am confused, which device do you have the problem with?
thanks, ***** ***** though? I still need to know this please.
yes but there are different models...
Explain the steps please you are taking to try to pair it
Push your JBL Charge power button until it flashes red and blue. As soon as it is flashing red and blue it will be discoverable by your iPhone.
Let me know the results
ok, as it is blinking blue, try to see it on the iPhone please.
on the iPhone, go to settings, general, reset, reset network settings
Once done, repeat the instructions to pair and tell me if it then works.
It is the internal bluetooth module that has faulted, else it would be showing now
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the Charge to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the page, then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.
