how do I get into my SFW123ES safe when it show low batteries
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: it is a SentrySaft model SFW123ES
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: try to open it today did open it 3 weeks ago.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: just I put in the the code to open the safe , and green light comeson

You will need to change the batteries.

Start by grasping the outer round portion of the case around the keypad buttons, and give it a quarter turn to the right, then pull it out, this will let you access the battery compartment to change them. You'll need 4 AA batteries to replace them.
