Customer Question

I have HP Officejet k-60 all in one. The fax can send but not received printed text. Meaning received fax is blank paper. What do I need to do get the printed text?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your OfficeJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: The officejet is about 10 yrs old. The model # is (IP) C6748A Option (30p): ABA
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Noticed 2 weeks ago. I sent a fax from the machine and it was received. A fax was sent to me but received blank paper only.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
