I am the person that will be helping you today.

May I ask for the full model name of the Insignia card reader? When you attempt to read the card, what does it tell you?

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,

NOW IT SAYS CoMPUTER CANNOT READ THE CARD with three options Initialize, Ignore or ejectWahatis happening here-- Seems to have changed overnight
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 28 days ago.

What type of card is it? Is it a camera card? If so, does the data show when it is plugged into the device (camera)?

Customer: replied 28 days ago.
Its a normal San disk card from my camera
I just did a job last week on the computer-- no probAll the images are there- Ishot the job yesterday- not connecting to computer,-- not reading cardIs there a new system of connection I dont know about?
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 28 days ago.

The card reader itself may be faulting. For now, is it possible for you to leave the card in the camera, plug the camera itself into the computer, and access the files that way?

Okay, I respect your opinion.

I have run out of ideas.

For this reason, I am opting out of the question and allowing another expert the chance to help.

The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.

When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi there

If you put the card into the camera, can you see the pictures?
