1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base.
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) Do you have any DETAILS about the issue(s) you are having?

1) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
2) What are the STEPS you are using to access your voicemail and what happens when you TRY to access that?
I tried to accept your phone call request, but see there was a "payment failure" for that request.
