vivosmart HR recently quit syncing with my smartphone, I've tried everythibg I can think of to reconnect, but nothing works. What do I do now?
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: Garmin vivosmart HR purchased 7/30/16
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I charged the unit.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: checked to make sure bluetooth was turned on. Followed instructions on pairing. Turned my phone on and off.
