My name is ***** ***** and I look forward to assisting you today.

When you need to repair your Kindle, the best choice is to contact Amazon directly. They will help you with sending in the device for repair or replacement. Depending on how old the device is, they may do it at no charge or at a discount.

Please, click the following link: -
- Log into your account.
- Click the Kindle button.
- Choose Kindle Device from the pull down menu.
- Choose Problem with my Kindle from the next menu
- Choose My Kindle is frozen from the next menu
- Click the Call Us button.
- Enter your phone number and click the Call Me Now button.

You can explain your issue to them and request a repair and/or replacement.

One quick note: This is my job; however, I only get credit for my time, if you rate my help with 3 Stars or more. I would prefer a 5 star rating, if you are satisfied. If you are not happy with my answer below, please let me know so we can continue.

I look forward to your next message below or your rating on the top of this page (choosing of number of Stars and clicking the Submit button)
