I have a HBS-760 ACB LG Tone Pro (blue tooth ear piece) that was purchased at Best Buy on 12/21/2015, that the right ear piece has quit working. Best Buy indicated that they no longer carry this items that that I would need to contact you directly about repair or replacement. Can you help me?

In this case, I would presume that you need to contact LG themselves, and put in a failed-within-warranty claim on the defective Bluetooth earpiece, for free-of-charge repair (or replacement, if LG so chooses.)
