Ok, unplug the radio. The reset procedure is to wait 10 seconds, and hold the eject button while plugging it back in. It will eject the CD, feel free to put it back in and try it.
If it still doesn't work, the laser has gone out, and it will need to be sent to Bose for repair. It is a common problem, the lasers wear out. They will offer you a flat fee to fix it. If they cannot fix it, they will send you a new radio at an incredibly discounted rate. You'll need to call them to obtain an RA number and shipping address. Call 1-***-***-****.
