Customer Question

I have a kindle fire. When I connect to a local wifi (on comcast) and attempt to send an email, it goes to outbox at suddenlink, a provider in another state. Thus, it is unconnected and refuses to send. In other words, despite being connected to my deerfield router on comcast, it won't send.
Please help.

Hi there and welcome

The issue will be you need to be on the Suddenlink network in order to send the email, its something providers do to stop spamming.

Are you on a holiday or temproarily away from your house? Or did you change providers?
