I have a Samsung K Zoom, I keep losing reception (network) even when I'm in the heart of good reception area, Also have had occasions when buttons just don't respond. I have put an sd card in it to give it more storage space but that only seems to store photos

Also I have deleted phone logs, and old messages. I realize I may need to restore to factory settings, my concern is how much I will lose by doing that

When you say you are losing reception, are you referring to wifi? Or to the cell network?

My phone reception. When I try to make a call or send message it says no signal. And when people call me the phone doesn't ring or register a missed call. I just received notification when there has been a voice message left. I loose Internet also but I still seem to be able to use WiFi

Can you please go to Settings, Applications Manager

Go to the list ALL and locate Google Services Framework

Press it and press clear data.

Once done, restart the Zoom and tell me how it now operates please.

I have half a bar. So it could be a slight improvement but still not right. now i can't access my Google play store

It has my Gmail address but none of my apps. There's an error message Can't retrieve information from server

ok, go to Settings, Applications Manager, the list All, then Google Play Store.

Press it press clear data

Restart the Zoom and tell me if the play store now opens please
