Hi my cinemate is not working can you help
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I got a new sub with my sound bar I ordered it from Bose I just got it but I had the sound bar for a while now
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Red light flash on bar and yellow light flash on sub
JA: The electronics expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

Hi there,

First, try a power reset by unplugging the sound bar for 2 minutes.

Then try turning it on again.

If you still have a blinking red light, then this is likely a hardware issue within the sound bar itself, and it will need to be returned to Bose for servicing.
