I'm sorry about the issue. Please press and hold the Power on / off button on your Garmin Vivoactive device for 15 seconds, then release. Then hold the Power button for one second in order to turn the device back on
- Next, do the pairing in the Garmin Connect Mobile app on your phone. Then when it asks for the PIN, select the action key on your Garmin Vivoactive device, then select option System, then option Bluetooth, then option Pair Mobile Device in order to get the pin number there.
- If needed, go to System > Bluetooth > Status, and turn off Bluetooth. Then turn it back on and try Pair Mobile Device again.
- If that still does not work, select the action key on the garmin device, then select option System > System > Restore Defaults > Yes. And then try pairing again.
