Customer Question

none of the buttons on the AT &T handset work, but there are incoming calls. Is there a way to avoid purchasing a new phone?

Hi there,

You can try disassembling the handset and clean under the keypad buttons - contamination may be preventing the keys from working.

Let me know if that fixes it for you?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
My son tried that yesterday I just found out, but the back of the phone did not come off enough for him to get to the buttons. I would rather just purchase a new handset. Do I have to pay full $27, or just $5?

I'm not sure how the payments work - I just answer the questions here.

Thanks,
