You may have done this already but I have to ask , please reboot the unit by unplugging it from the wallpower wait 5 mins then replug back in again, has that made any change?

Can you do anything at all with the unit?or is it stuck fast in this timer mode?

Can you get the unit into standby mode ?red light lit?(I am assuming here you have tried all the usual steps to exit timer mode)
Sorry I am trying to work my way through this with you these things take some figuring out if you have to go then I cant help now but you can always come back anytime
Aaah that is a fault code it means micro lock up I am afraid the unit will need attention if its under 1 year old then its under warranty if not then these units are\where about $200 it would be a better option to just replace it at that price repairs could be over $100
