Hi! My name is ***** ***** I would love to help you with this. I also have a Paperwhite, I think the same model.

So it just started randomly reloading on you, is that right?

I believe I've found the solution to your problem.

Many people have experienced this issue and one of them said it was solved with turning the Airplane mode off and on.

Others said they had to hard-reset their devices (this will restore the Kindle to factory settings, so make sure you backup anything you didn't buy from Amazon and let it sync your places in your books before doing it)

1) Disconnect all cables

2) press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.

3) Let go.

4) Wait for the unit to reboot and get back to the home screen.

let me know if that solves your issue. If it does, I'd greatly appreciate it if you would rate me. If you need further help, just reply here and I'll keep helping you to get your problem fixed.
