My remote turns all devices on, but won't do anything else. I have removed the batteries and put new ones in, but it didn't help. What should I do next?

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Carole.

Initially, please remove the batteries again, and leave them out for a full 15 minutes to reset the unit.

If that does not help, then the internal programming has been corrupted. You'd next need to plug the remote into your computer via usb, then use the logitech programming software to reload the firmware and/or reprogram for your devices.

I can give you some guidance on that if needed, or even help you do it remotely.

Best regards,
