On or about May 16 I emailed Garmin for help in trying get my 2 Approach S1 golf matches repaired after both bands fell apart. One of the models has a replaceable band and the other watch has a band that is integrated with the watch. I love both these golf watches and have purchased other models in the paat. I have not heard back since my initial email even as I logged on in the Middle East while on medical duty.
Please advise.

But, have you sent the watches to them?

How old are the watches? measured from their date of purchase.

You are stationed in the Middle East, so there are no repair facilities for Garmin watches at hand, obviously.
